Neil has been with Mazak Corporation for 29 years as an Applications Engineer working on large Turnkey Projects. He is a Microsoft Certified Professional, and for the last 15 years, he has been focusing on custom software solutions. Neil serves as Mazak’s representative on the Technical Advisory Group (TAG) for the MTConnect Institute and is the Chairperson for the “Machine Tool Workgroup.” He is directly involved in the creation and implementation of the new “Mazak SmartBox”, a collaboration with Cisco, and a “Launch Platform” for “Edge” compute IIOT solutions. He implements these solutions in the Mazak iSmart Factory in Florence Ky.
