Vice President of Human Resources and Administration
Glenn Grindstaff is Vice President, Human Resources for L3 Technologies, Electron Devices, a Prime contractor in Command, Control, Communications, Space Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance systems, and a leading provider of a broad range of electronic systems used on military and commercial platforms. As Vice President, Human Resources, Glenn leads the Human Resources organization, including talent management, talent acquisition, organizational development, compensation, employee engagement, and labor relations.
A global executive with over 25 years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience in the aerospace and defense, telecommunications, and high-tech industries. Glenn joined L3 in 2010.
Prior to joining L3, Glenn served in several Human Resources leadership roles, including, United Technologies, Spirent Communications, and Eaton Corporation. Glenn also serves on the Board of Directors for the South Bay Workforce Investment Board
Glenn holds a Bachelor degree in Business and Psychology from California State University, Northridge.
